On June 24th, 1922, The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce had its first meeting in the store of Homer Messick, on Hollywood Boulevard. About a dozen businessmen and the first residents of Hollywood met, under the guidance of the first Chamber President Joseph Young.

100 years later, the Chamber continues its mission to be the organization that fosters a business climate that generates success, excellence and resources for its members and the greater Hollywood community.
